I have tried myself to get many people to watch it. I thought you may want to know, this movie is based on a book. The same guy that wrote this book wrote Mystic River. If you haven't seen Mystic River, you need to! This movie was amazing. It was a thriller like no other, and I couldn’t wait for it to come out on DVD so I could watch it again. It was a good movie, but at the same time I will probably never watch it again. It's to real, I'm not going to go to much into it so I don't ruin it for others, but I sometimes have a hard time liking movies like this. It was hard to watch, it was a good movie, but I didn't like it. In my opinion as to the encouragement to watch it. just know it is not a movie to rent if you are looking for something you are truly going to enjoy or get entertainment out of. It is sad and it's a very real movie, so just remember that when you go to rent it. This movie was depressing…very depressing. I will make a suggestion to you. Have you seen Lars and the Real Girl yet? One of my top 5 fav films for 2007. I highly recommend it, especially if you enjoy films that not only inspire questions and conversation, but laughter and tears.
